To succeed in leading a department or an organization, managers need to be prepared with management skills and personal skills to help lead and serve their mission-driven organization.
Our annual program, serving the New England states, is offered in a hybrid format. It includes five live nights from October to April and 15 weeks of online learning. It draws managers from an approximately 2.5 hour radius of Boston.
The same program is offered 100% online, from January – May, starting in January 2017. It includes no face-to-face meetings, but does have web conferences with live interaction three times per course, in addition to ongoing asynchronous interaction in the online classroom.
