“I have always been interested in what makes some organizations thrive, while others seem to “tread water”. Many years ago my interests focused on an organization’s ability to look around and layout a thoughtful course for the future. In essence, the strategy they use to move forward and grow.

I encourage my managers serve their organizations, and in the process build their careers, by helping their organizations grow and thrive at a strategic level. You can start with courses like this, and continue by stepping up at work beyond your personal output. I am happy to share experiences to help you on this journey. ”
