What makes an effective leader?
Organizations want managers who can lead their teams, yet the transition to being a confident manager takes time. Whether you are preparing for an increase in responsibility, or know that you need to step up your managerial ability to make your organization or team function effectively, this course walks you through the process.
Upon the completion of the course, participants will be able to:

- Understand your potential growth areas
- Evaluate your leadership style
- Define your ideal leadership style
This course consists of 4 hours of online learning per week for 3 weeks.

This program has been approved for Social Work Continuing Education hours for relicensure, in accordance with 258 CMR. Collaborative of NASW and the Boston College and Simmons Schools of Social Work Authorization Number D 61883-8
. Social Work CEUs are granted by ELDER Management Education.
Upon completion of a course, Lasell College will send a final grade report indicating a grade of pass or fail. A course average of >70 is a pass.
