Product Description

Turning Conflicts into Opportunities
Managers in every organization experience conflict in some way. If mismanaged, it can hinder the potential for employees to function efficiently in the work environment. Learn to understand and improve your own response to conflicts and how these concepts can be applied in the workplace. Practice dialogue skills with peers from your profession, develop conflict resolution skills, and learn how to use conflict as an opportunity for growth.

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the role conflict plays and assess a situation from multiple points of view.
  • Build skills through testing new tools and processes.
  • Apply targeted communication strategies that promote conflict resolution.

This course consists of 1 live meeting + 2 weeks of online learning.

Grade report
Upon completion of a course, Lasell College will send a final grade report indicating a grade of pass or fail. A course average of >70 is a pass.
