Learn how to apply your feedback strategies to the management and structure in your current role, and learn strategies that can help your team build trust and boost performance.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify and demonstrate communication skills required to deliver skillful feedback that motivates others
- Provide structure to conversations with coworkers
- Appropriately prepare for a conversation that demonstrates respect and accuracy
