They are about the accuracy of the messages we are sending and receiving and how effective we are with our colleagues, staff and customers in the choices we make. Being purposeful in your communications through better listening and presenting your own ideas more concisely can significantly improve your interactions with your team. In this human-centered business, better communication skills will be a primary strategy for work and career improvement.
